Update 2026:For the past 20 years we've tried to keep the cost of software low, often working far beyond available funding to make the projects successful and providing extreme value in comparison to the general software industry in the process. The advent of AI security threats coupled with the increasing complexity of enterprise software systems, the need to build new versions and migrate old systems as the .NET ecosystem evolves, the need to support multiple mobile device profiles and the massive increase in PII responsibility and liability concerns, software escrow and disaster management planning, potential offline Access for CorpsNET® and the tightening rules, cost and liability for WCAG 2.1 compliance across systems used by government funded organizations has prompted Metamorpho-Sys to re-evaluate pricing structure to allow the founder to share the load and continue to provide a high level of service to clients. The value of the system is proven. Civicorps grew from an $800K organization to a $13Mil organization while using CorpsNET. A good rule of thumb to ballpark annual cost is to multiply the number of staff and supervisors at your Corps by $50 per month. Initial startup costs will vary depending on the integrations and data conversions necessary. We will provide a quote based on the project landscape and scope after doing an analysis of your needs. Existing agreements will be honored, though encouraged.

Work (Field) Attendance Entry - the Daily Crew Roster:

 Entry of field attendance (paid hours) is facilitated by the Daily Crew Roster. The Daily Crew Roster is corpsmember academic schedule and status aware and will auto-create with expected absence codes and hours on opening. This saves large amounts of time. Attendance can be taken and corpsmembers assigned to crews each day so paper copies of the crew roster match. The attendance can easily be edited and the paper copies uploaded later in the day when work is completed and exact hours and project activities are known.

Academic Scheduling and Attendance:

 Scheduled Classes can be offered on one or more days per week. Students can be assigned to one or more days per week that matches their academic schedule. Academic Attendance is aware of which day the student is expected to be in class - making attendance taking very simple for teachers.

Partner Web Portal:

 Internship partners can log into CorpsNET to sign intern timesheets and get an overview of the hours being accrued on their projects.

Corpsmember Web Portal (Attendance/Application/Intake Assessment/Grades etc.):

 The portal also has an online application that can be linked to from your main corps website. Once the Corpsmember is active they can log into the portal and complete their intake assessment that will be validated by their assigned counselor. The portal also shows grades, test scores an integrated calendar to help orient the corpsmember and allows them to keep contact and emergency contact information current.

Progressive Intervention:

 In 2020, we worked with Jayne Smith of Mental Health Connect to implement a cutting edge Progressive Intervention Policy for the Urban Corps of San Diego. This allows staff at the Urban Corps to get a quick understanding on the issues faced by at-risk corpsmembers and allow timely and structured intervention to provide necessary assitance to improve corpsmember performance.

Reporting:

 Ad-hoc reporting allows access to all views in the database. Every attribute is available for filter or display. Numeric columns (hours and values) can be grouped and easily summarized. Ad-hoc reports can be saved as templates and shared between users. More complex reports are included (comprehensive attendance) and more can be built to your specifcation.
